Returns Policy

We accept returns on all full price items for store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order (30 days for international customers
  • The item is unworn and unmarked with original tags still attached. Please only try on shorts over underwear for sanitary reasons.
  • The item does not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder 
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in sending the parcel back to us

How to Return Your Item

  • Email hello@covetpolewear.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return
  • We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Covet Polewear will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  • Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide! Please allow 2-4 days for us to process this.

* Initial shipping costs will not be included, and will be deducted from your credit note.*

Faulty Items

Please email hello@covetpolewear with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
